Just plain rude, and argumentative. As other reviews indicate, the tradespeople may be good at fixing sliding door rollers ... but the office staff are absolutely dreadful. Go elsewhere if you need anything more advanced, let alone customer service with a smile, and respect. We took thousands of dollars elsewhere because they were just SO bad!

My aluminium sliding door rollers were not working and hard to open. SA Aluminium Windows and Doors did a good job fixing it right up.

The tradesman was pleasant and very efficient in his work

They got back to me quickly with a reply, got the quote in & able to do the job within a week. They fixed my door, knew what they were doing & were very professional.

Was super pleased with the ease & efficiency of this request. All round it was a fast, friendly and honest experience.
