Always happy with the service I receive here! Great stylists and and awesome environment!! I also have a few friends who get their hair done here aswell so I'm confused by the bad reviews? We have all had nothing but great service!

After going here for several years and spending almost $200 every 2 months plus my families haircuts I was held up in traffic one day (car accident) and called to let them know I was on my way and would be no more than 10 minutes late. The young man who answered the phone was lovely, thanked me for letting them know and said that would be fine. A few minutes later I received a call back from the young man stating the stylist had said no, I would have to cancel or she would be put behind. I then offered to forgo the blow wave if I could just get the trim and colour but this wasn't good enough either. I explained that traffic was now moving again and I would only be a couple of minutes late but also not good enough for the cranky stylist who would not even get on the phone herself to speak with me. I drove past the salon at one minute past my appointment time meaning I would only have been 2 minutes late once I had parked the car but my appointment was cancelled. Sebastian seems like a nice person, a shame he doesn't control the staff, it's simply not good enough to treat customers this way and then not even try to compromise. Never again will I go back.

After googling for the phone number to book an appointment I was pretty shocked to see that Sabastian Blac had bad reviews. I've never had anything but perfect service and have always been very happy with my cuts. I think the staff are very friendly and really help make getting a hair cut an experience i.e. with free coffee, massage etc. I travel over from Wodonga just to get my hair cut here and have for the whole time I've lived on the border.

Had a haircut last month and was not all that thrilled...The cut itself wasn't horrible - but it looked like I didn't get a haircut.... after $80+, it felt like I had a very expensive blow-out. The space is cool, people are friendly, but they just didn't give me what I was asking for which was lots of layers - they kept my entire head of hair the same length. When I asked my stylist to cut more layers, stylist pushed back and told me it looked great the way it was - I know stylist's the expert but isn't also supposed to listen to the customer? And also the management is very rude & arrogant.
