If you need hair removal, keep looking! I've wasted nearly 2 years and hundreds of dollars at Tuart Hill, 16 IPL sessions and 2 laser sessions and some areas have had NO result, early 2016 I raised it with the saying it had been 8 sessions, shouldn't something be happening? Keep getting more sessions they said, pay us more money. One of them actually said to my face after about 14 IPL sessions that i should never have had IPL, she didn't think it was that great, pay an extra $200 and get laser instead. End of last year I tried speaking to management, left messages on ph, on Facebook and sent emails, they couldn't be bothered getting back to me. When i rang and the receptionist answered she became intolerably rude when she heard my name. I ended up complaining to Consumer Affairs but as IPL is not regulated in WA as yet, they cannot enforce anything. Consumer Affairs called multiple times, they refused to return their calls! Can you imagine the arrogance? They had no choice but to close the file. BUT - if you have been totally ripped by these people there is hope, Consumer Affairs said the more people that make complaints the more they can try and get some answers. My next stop is the Magistrates Court.

I have had a very disappointing experience at SABR Tuart Hill.
I made the mistake of buying a Groupon voucher for IPL , 6 sessions in 6 areas. I waited 4 months for the intital treatment... which was canceled. Appointment 2 was honored . Appointments 3,4&5 have been canceled. Rebooking delays treatment another 4 mths. Each time I'm told in a txt message staff will contact me to rebook. They don't. The phones are not even answered. I've had to go in to get an answer about their inability to provide the service I have paid for, and have been fobbed off.
I'm now seeking a full refund, have notified groupon that this company can't provide the services they are selling and will lodge a complaint with consumer affairs.
Don't waste your time and money with this company.

Wow Wow Wow! This place is amazing! State of the art equipment and outstanding customer service. I love the treatments here. This place is lile no other I have ever been too as they offer unique beauty treatments. I have had the LED facial, Spa Feng Shuai and the Lymphatic Draining System. Sabr is an acronym for Space Age Body Refreshment and thats certainly what it is. The new age equipment and technology is out of this world and they offer so many different body treatments to leave you feel refreshed and relaxed from head to toe. I left feeling incredible and will certainly be going back to try their other amazing treatments. The firls were exceptional aswell, explaining all the treatments and the procedures. They were very friendly and happy andit was just overall a truly lovely experience. You simply have to try this place!!
