I've wasted nearly 2 years and hundreds of dollars at Tuart Hill, 16 IPL sessions and 2 laser sessions and some areas have had NO result, early 2016 I raised it with the saying it had been 8 sessions, shouldn't something be happening? Keep getting more sessions they said, pay us more money. One of them actually said to my face after about 14 IPL sessions that i should never have had IPL, she didn't think it was that great, pay an extra $200 and get laser instead. End of last year I tried speaking to management, left messages on ph, on Facebook and sent emails, they couldn't be bothered getting back to me. When i rang and the receptionist answered she became intolerably rude when she heard my name. I ended up complaining to Consumer Affairs but as IPL is not regulated in WA as yet, they cannot enforce anything. Consumer Affairs called multiple times, they refused to return their calls! Can you imagine the arrogance? They had no choice but to close the file. BUT - if you have been totally ripped by these people there is hope, Consumer Affairs said the more people that make complaints the more they can try and get some answers. My next stop is the Magistrates Court.
