I have now been here to see Laura twice and I absolutely love the quality of service I got here. I have always wanted to try and ombre and I've been really picky about having my hair cut so I did my research and gave this place a go. Laura did the most amazing job on my hair I couldn't be happier! I have been getting compliments long after I had it done so I won't be going anywhere else now. The team here are lovely and I will be raving about this place to anyone who wants amazing, luscious and glowing hair!!

Would have loved to try them out BUT the upfront charge 50% of the service (with ALL credit details provided over the phone or in person) is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind leaving credit card details as security, but they actually charge 50% upfront. SO if your appointment is 3 weeks ahead you are charged on your credit card 50% at the time of booking! Not my way of doing business, so I chose not to try them.

I've been trying to grow my hair longer and have nice color.. but i dont have any idea what is the best color that will surely fit my skin and I'd get so frustrated with how I'd look. Luckily, I came across Saddler and this salon is heaven sent! From the moment I rang for consultation appointment, I knew I'd be in great hands. the staff has vast knowledge and expertise is undeniable. And add to that theyare very friendly nature and great passion for what they does, my whole beauty experience was just amazing. Saddler's service is unparalleled.I will undoubtedly recommend this Salon to anyone wanting to have a real pampering session and stunning hair.

Being someone who hates getting their hair cut, I took a gamble and booked in with Laura, as per the receptionist's recommendation for having fine, long hair. Laura gave me a great cut that I am very happy with. Highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting a fabulous cut. Thank you!

After reading these fantastic reviews about the salon I thought I would give Sadler Hair a call and arrange an appointment. However, as I proceeded to make my appointment over the phone, I was extremely shocked when I was told I would have to pay 50% of the fee Before I had anything done to my hair!! I asked the receptionist on the phone why they were charging me 50% of the total fee without having anything done to my hair - they informed me that new clients are charged 50% of the total fee because they have had a lot of clients making appointments and not turning up. While I understand their reasoning, I definitely do not support their business method. I have been completely put off and will absolutely not be paying 50% of the fee for simply "making an appointment". I have also told all my friends about what I was told and they too were completely shocked! Sorry Sadler, your method appears to be deterring new customers not attracting them.
