I buy my smokes here everyday jps superkings red and today i grabbed them before work put them straight in my bag and then when i opened them in the car i relized the were completly white and looked at the packet and they were menthol. I went back after my shift as i was alreDy on the freeway and the girl said sirry they are opened i cant take them and u said they are all there this isnt my fault it was your workers fault as i clearly stated what i wanted. I asked to see a manager and she said none were there!! I dont believe that at all. I will never shop there again sge was beyond rude to me. Thats $40 wasted that i dont have due to one of there workers. Disgusting safeway. I will never shop here again. Its back to coles for me

Fast service, All the staff very helpful, Easy to find things you need. staff get to know you after a while and they are all friendly. Makes shopping fun to do, even when you are at the checkouts when you see the price. Lots of things on markdown. Love going in about 10pm for all the bakery markdown. Deli is great, Fast and they friendly

The store was clean and well laid out, the staff were helpful but they need to have a few more checkouts open

It's one of those supermarkets that is just plain average. The store itself is big, with wide aisles, but the stock is usually messed up on the shelves. The staff are neither rude nor friendly. I find I always have to wait at least a few minutes in line whether I have just a couple of items and am going through the express lane, or have a full trolley and am going through a regular checkout lane. It would be nice if they had more cashiers, and staff to tidy the shelves a bit. I've witnessed a bit of anti-social behavior from customers at this store, and get the feeling that it isn't a very safe place to shop at times. It would be great if they could hire a security guard because I'm sure a guard's presence would nullify much of the shouting, arguing and fighting that I've seen around this store.

Great products, though the shop needs to be organised more as some products are not easy to find and the shop is quite big in a sense to find thing easily. I also think that more staff should be around for customer assistance & more check out chicks no matter what the day and/or time of day it is. It will increase more faster service.

Popped in and out quickly, item was on special so saved about 10 dollars. Also had liquor department close by so it was a one stop shop, what more to say

As there are only 5 big Supermarkets in Melton, Safeway seems to stock most of the things that the other ones don't. The store is quite clean, the Staff are quick to respond to the needs of their Customer's and Melton is in the area of their Home Delivery service.

Store was immaculate, the staff were quick to respond to my needs. Betul (Staff Member) was full of information on products i was seeking. Highly recomend it.
