Couldnot fault service from 1st phone call to installation

Quick no fuss service. The sales rep talked us through the major options and we opted for their Secure View screens through most of our house. Haven't regretted it at all and glad we went for the more premium option, looks a treat. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very bad customer service.They ask you to keep a day free, someone will contact the day prior to arrange a time. They ring saying 7.30 am is the only timeslot available.....you got to be kidding....who has quotes at 7.30am when they have kids etc to get ready in the morning, not to mention organise a day off to hopefully get someone out for a quote....dont touch them. Poor poor service..

I wouldn't recommend this product. In comparison to other installations this product is aesthetically inferior. Screws are external and accessible (they are "secure" screws). No frame provided for the double security door. Door was installed directly into a wooden frame. Initial service when quoting and ordering was efficient. However, there has been no effort to resolve my very legitimate concerns. Make sure their installation methods meet your expectations. They certainly didn't meet mine and I am living with a product where the installation quality is lower than what I indicated I wanted and what I expected with absolutely no recourse.
