Doctor treated my wife and daughter abysmally when we took time off work to bring her in for treatment. Doctor was condescending and rude and refused to complete the treatment they medical centre had started the week before because "he didn't want to" and hadn't looked at the notes for the appointment to see what it was for so told us to come back another time for another doctor. Family left in tears.

Planet Timbers provided us with very sub standard floors and the very worst service I have ever received from any business in my life ever.

They provided a cheap and nasty contractor for our floors after promising different, and he was in and out of the job within a day and a half, despite us being told the installation would take multiple employees, multiple days to install, as they would take the time to do the job right.

First morning of the job the contractor asks me for cash in hand to do work that was originally promised as part of the quote, then leaves me at the end with damaged scratched and gouged walls (just newly plastered and painted), bamboo pieces cut way too small to meet install requirements, 50~60% of the scotia installed split, cracked and plainly damaged, and floor boards in a bedroom and living area buckled and not laying straight.

Planet Timbers at first does not admit fault, says it was "quite a good install actually" despite the above, but then finally after multiple visits to my house admit the job does need rectification.. only.. it is 3 years later, and my floors are still in the same condition, never rectified.

In short these guys have been the biggest (insert swear word here) I have ever dealt with. We renovated nearly our entire house.. solar, shed, screens, painting, plastering, plumbing, electric work, glaziers, bathroom, flooring and probably more I am forgetting and not one single business deserved a one star rating and most received 5. But these guys? Negative infinity would be more appropriate.

Quick no fuss service. The sales rep talked us through the major options and we opted for their Secure View screens through most of our house. Haven't regretted it at all and glad we went for the more premium option, looks a treat. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Shockingly bad. Left me with holes in the floor, split and damaged scotia and buckled floorboards. Refused to provide a proper resolution.
Easily the worst service and result I have ever had with another business.
