Very VERY average customer service. No greeting, no smile. In a small community like Strathfieldsaye, customer service is very important. No complaints about the food, but the staff need some polishing.

Lovely friendly staff, decent coffee and very child friendly. Awesome bubba cinos but they kids come back every time for the smiley faced biscuits.

Great little bakery cafe with pleasant staff and welcoming atmosphere. Fresh bread rolls delicious - donuts not bad either! Food and coffees always served piping hot and quickly.

Sails Cafe & Bakery sell the Nuova brand of coffee and it is made to perfection every day! I purchase a coffee from this shop nearly every day because it tastes so good. I like a weak coffee which Nuova provides. Sails Cafe & Bakery have a warm and friendly atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink and some lunch with friends and family. I have introduced a lot of my friends and family to this cafe and they all keep coming back for more!
