Their prices are competitive and their products must be reasonable quality because I've been alternating using their refilled printer cartridges with ORM ones with my CannonBJC -3000 for over 5 years. OK, the Cannon is slow, but it's still adequate for what I do. The point is that their product hasn't caused any problems
