I waited 30 minutes after my booked appointment time. The two apprentices had no idea what they were doing. They left dye in my hair and face. I had to go home and wash it all out. My hair feels so dry and ruined. I am never going back. I was charged 160 dollars and I am not happy.

me and mum went here for a special pamper day for the 2 of us, they did the complete opposite of what we asked and were quite rude when we told them we werent happy, they then charged us alot more than the quoted ammount. overall we were defianly no satisfied with the ned product and will never go there again

Some great staff who spend that extra time to ensure they have done their best! Not the cheapest, but mostly worth more than charged. Just make sure you book ahead if you can, as they are popular enough to be fairly busy most of the time...and for good reason!

Exceptional colourists, outstanding customer service, happy every time I leave the salon :) could be a little cheaper in price but still amazing service for the cost, everyone is so lovely in there :)

always friendly and happy girls and ladies, now a guy, working there, fantastic prices with smartsaver coupons for foils and complete hair makeover treatment and days for 1/2 price waxing. Great prices but still quality services and results.
