Service was so bad it was laughable. The food was lovely and great portion sizes. Meals were served without cultery on the tables, bit hard to eat! If they got some staff with basic food/drinks knowledge I would be back every week.

Went there with a group of friends and it took over 20 mins for a jug of coke to be brought out to the table. We had made a booking yet when some other people walked in off the st we were asked to squash up on a table when we were already sitting so we could make room for a new table.
waitresses had no idea or there own drink menu , didint know the difference btw white and red wines when asked and spoke as if they were tlaking to someone on the street.it wasnt "pardon" that was used it was "WHAT" very rude young staff

Very good quality meals, wonderful proportions for the price of the meals. The restaurant is nice and cosy with a very friendly owner. Service a tad slow during 1/2 price Tuesday due to how busy it can get.

Salsa is a favorite of mine in werribee they serve beautiful mexican food. The food is delicious and served in a timely manner and the customer service is good as well. Tuesday nights is half price night and can be quite busy so book in advance otherwise there is also a 25% off total bill in the entertainment book

I agree totally. I love the food there and go there often, however we have experienced poor service on 100% of occasions. If they did something about the service, I would definately go there more often.
