Salt

Rosalie is a lovely little sub-suburb (used to be a suburb but is now part of Paddington, but don't tell the locals that). Because it is a little off the main area, it has a great village feel.

Salt is a Rosalie restaurant/cafe that has great meals as well as a reputation for coffee and snacks.

Waiter was warm and friendly, bright water regularly without being asked, coffee was hot strong and delicious. Food was interesting , we had breakfast and although there was the traditional, there is also a chicken breakfast pie, perhaps next time. Quite expensive but really is great food, good service and nice atmosphere.

Great restaurant, particularly for breakfast or lunch. Their lunch menu is varied and interesting and everything I've had there has been delicious. Highly recommended.
