Very costly errors and no accountability
During the conveyance process, they gave wrong advice, not understanding the difference of government conditions between the purchase of a land Vs house. Furthermore, they filed wrong paperwork which ended up costing over $900 in fines, which they refused to take any ownership of or even acknowledge any mistake. It initially felt like good value, but the incompetence has been very costly overall.
I was a first time purchaser so didn't know it understand the process of buying a home. Sam was patient, kind, understanding, thorough, professional and absolutely reliable in every respect. I could call or email her at any time and she always responded quickly and helped sort out whatever was my concern.
