Same Day Trees & Palms

John, Darryl & Crew......congratulations on a job well done.
I contacted Michelle from Same Day Trees on Thursday 3 Oct. Instantly I was advised that John would be available to visit our home on Friday Morning (7am) 4 October, 2024. John promptly arrived at 6:50am to discuss the removal of two very tall palm trees. As we spoke his men crew arrived. Price was agreed to and promptly the crew commenced work. Their work ethic is/was very professional; courteous; and just over an hour the palms were cut down/trimmed/mulched and the area completely clear... YES! would certainly recommend this particular crew who do know how to work quickly and be professional........ thank you boys & Michelle

They call their company as Same day trees and palms services I called about a week ago from Cannon hill . I was advised somebody will contact me . The same evening without a name or company address , I just received a message without any detail exactly written like a junk . I didn’t even open it as it looked like a junk without any introduction or any indication about what’s it about . When I contacted the company again the next morning , then a lady named Michelle messaged me stating she tried to contact me by messaging me and I didn’t reply . So went back and checked the message . It had no name , no company name , just read they are too busy will contact after the weekend. I contacted them again after the weekend , the company said Michelle will contact me , But she said she was on holidays . The next day morning again I contacted she booked me for today . I requested to be morning around 9 am . She said they will be at my place between 10-12 and said a person named John will Contact me . She sent a message too . Nobody contacted me and so I contacted them several times and I was told they will be at my place before 12 . Nobody arrived up until 12. Contacted them several times . Michelle messaged me they are held up in a job , so they will soon message me about estimated time of arrival . I waited up until 2 and nobody contacted me . So I contacted again to see what they say . Michelle replied in a message that they won’t be able to make it today .
I have been chasing these people for the past 1 week . Today I took a day off and I am self employed to take care of few things . But I chose to stay at home for them to arrive , but they wasted my whole day and my time over past 1 week . It’s totally an unreliable company . They can’t keep their words !!! Please don’t waste your time , my whole day got wasted .

If you need the stump or roots removed don't go near these guys as they just cut your tree down and take it away.
I wanted the stump removed but they instead push it onto the fencing people as a 'too hard' job. I think if you pay over $500 you should at least get the stump removed, especially when it's sitting on a fence line that needs to be erected.
