I visited on a last-minute occasion as I had a bad colour job to fix. The person who came to see me at the counter said they could fix it with just a $50 full-head colour so I agreed to it.
After a pretty extenuating wait, they tried to charge me $75 because of some "toner" they put on me 1) without asking and 2) without explaining that it would incur in an additional cost.
I paid just $50 and left with the intention of not returning, because I can't stand lack of clarity and poor customer service (they took me in without appointment, yes, but made me wait 45' before even offering a shampoo... the whole visit went for almost 2hrs!).

I visited this salon for some waxing services, and while I was able to get an appointment quickly (after ringing- don't bother with the online form, they don't check it), the cleanliness standard of the waxing room was terrible. There was hair everywhere on the floor, the room smelled strongly of turpentine, there were overflowing bins of used wax strips and wax pieces, the wax pots were very dirty and the beauty therapist appeared to use the same wax applicators as for the previous client. Further, the towels on the beauty bed were not clean. We were interupted twice, and the door opened- it wasn't locked, and when I got off the bad in my bare feet, the floor felt very sticky. I left feeling quite light-headed and gross. The whole experience was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. The beauty therapist was nice though, it's just a pity the salon was in such bad condition.
