Great little place for after dinner drinks. Service was a little "off" - took a while to get that I wanted some advice on which sangria to order. But the suggestion was great once we got it. Atmosphere is great and the pricing reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Great place to meet up with the girls before dinner (or even after dinner!) The jugs of sangria are simply yummy! Nice decor as well. (and when we were there - hot barman too!!)

Funky young vibe. Cool, sexy people. Putting a twist on traditional Sangria! The bar staff are attractive, knowledgeable and very talented! A great night, looking forward to my next visit. Make sure you try the Clara Sangria!

A group of us visited the Sangria Y Pintxos Bar on a night that we were booked into the attached Mesa Lunga Restaurant (also reviewed). We were surprised and a little disappointed to see that none of the Sangrias on the list that night were very traditional. We tried a few, but they weren't that nice. We ended up going next door to Mesa Lunga to get a carafe of Sangria that we liked (still not traditional though). We thought it was very weird that the two places didn't have the same Sangria menu (Mesa Lunga and the Sangria bar seem to be run by the same people). It was extremely difficult to get to the bar because people were sitting or standing at the bar drinking (not waiting for serivce) and were chatting with the bar tenders. The bar tenders didn't seem that interested in serving us, let alone answering a question about the Sangria menu. When we asked what was in one of the Sangria's he just pointed at the blackboard and said there they are (the blackboard was not that explanatory). All they seemed to want to do is chat to each other and to the young girls sitting at the bar and didn't seem to give a damn about serving anyone else. Of all the places in Adelaide, I cannot understand why people come back to this place. Maybe you have to be drunk and/or don't care about good customer service.
