I found this company to provide really good value as they were the cheapest for my move interstate, They estimated a 2 weeks delivery time and messaged me the day before to advise of the time they would arrive on the day when delivering my items, this being accurate. However for the uplift, they did not contact me as scheduled, arriving unannounced. During the booking process I found that the staff was also annoyed as I required clarification on some aspects and I received mixed answers such that I was unsure of the correct procedures. However it all went well ultimately and I did not have any issues in the pickup and uplift, my items arriving in perfect condition at the time and day stated with no damage.
