This company manages my rental property. They are very easy to deal with, and quite prompt when I request any maintenance. Inspections are noninvasive and fast. Rent is a reasonable price. Overall I really enjoy renting from them.

Managing my tenancy. Rent inspections are quick but they like to pick on something just to put on the list. When you ring up for a query or repair request, they are rude and sharp. Noone contacted me to let me know how things were going. Very rude, blunt and quick to hang up. Usually quite pleasant but not today.
