We booked to go to the Sardine Room on a Sunday evening. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner herself, which was a great touch! i had the raviolli starter and the fish moussaka was divine. The snapper will blow your mind. The tastiest I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices reflect the outstanding quality of the food and service.

Main courses were just sensational - we would thoroughly recommend both the crispy-skinned whole baby red snapper and the fish moussaka; again, serious portion size here, which made the $34 price tag more than worth it for each. I quote my partner about the red snapper in saying "that was the best piece of fish I have ever eaten"It's BYO with corkage at $4 per person, which we took full advantage and I was greeted by staff on arrival and fantastic service through out the night.

We booked to go to the Sardine Room on a Sunday evening. We shared 3 entrees and all were delicious. Main course deep fried whole snapper crispy on the outside and melt in the mouth on the inside. The fish was sublime and it is easy to see why the restaurant is so highly rated.
The restaurant ambiance, atmosphere, decor and synthetic sense was something one can't forget to praise. Its a small, tiny and intimate cosy property thats also has an outside seating on the pavement of the street.
I will surely go back again and again.

Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic decor, fantastic wine! Everything was Fantastic, what more can I say! you have to try the oysters with roe and the fish pie! To die for!
