The locksmith rescued us in a particularly tricky moment - the cars were locked inside the car while in the ignition... turned on!! It was close to midnight, and he came immediately, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and was a real problem solver. He got the car open and made us a spare key on the spot.

This morning I couldn't get to work. My Honda Civic wasn't able to be driven or towed. My key needed replaced and I suspected the ignition needed repaired too. Scott re-Coded my exiting front door and back door locks to use the same key. And provide a set of 4 keys. He provided additional 2 keys free of charge as backups.

Scott replaced the key barrel in my VY Commodore. He was on time, very polite and worked very quickly. He even re-cut the key for me as the old one was showing signs of wear.
