We've used Saunders Electrical five times over the past 6 years and each time, they have been faultless from quotation to installation. Every question has been answered, options discussed and decisions made in consultation. Everything which was discussed has been delivered, no shortcuts taken.
The whole team are polite, friendly and professional to talk with. The whole team is very respectful of the property, not a thing in the house has ever been damaged at any point, over 5 pretty major jobs. Nothing is treated roughly or thrown around.
They are clean in both installation and post work tidy up.
Also very nice to see that their apprentices are treated kindly and the whole team speaks nicely to each other, no screaming and swearing, not a person sitting on their phones, or wasting time, everyone working cohesively as a team to get the job done.
Easily the best tradespeople/trade team we have ever used. We will continue to recommend them to family and friends and use them for any future electrical work.
