I was recommended by a friend to contact Ian when I told her I was keen of buying a place of my own. And I've never regretted a moment of it. Ian is more than a mortgage broker, but now turned into a friend. I just arrived in Australia, and was keen to buy my own property because I didn't like the idea of paying someone else's mortgage. I engaged with Ian and told him my situation, and he helped me sort out a pre approval loan in a matter of days so that I'd know my purchase amounts.
