Horrible. Would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. My hair was burnt from the cheap dye. Surrounding my whole face was dyed it took days of scrubbing to come off, I couldn't go anywhere. The colour was too dark. And I was charged for a full head of foils where all I got was a tint.
I went and nicely tried to explain my situation and give them a chance to resolve it, and I was met with.... "you wanted it dark... it'll wash out over the next few weeks to the colour you want... the dye on your face will wash off soon... this is all normal and expected... I paid extra because that's how much it cost." They never offered to fix it, a refund or even provide a discount next time I come in (not that I would ever go back). My hair is completely damaged. The cut was if it was done with blunt scissors. [redacted generalisation]. I thought I was helping a local business, then I could spread the good word - nope, just the opposite!

Absolutely fantastic, will never go anywhere else, always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Thank you Chantelle for your high quality service.
