ScatterMats responded well to my enquires, their staff were well informed. Our carpet was altered to our specifications and the job was done well and quickly.

I had some overlocking on some carpet remnants done by Scatter Mats Rugs&Runners.
I consider this company efficient, professional and very reasonably priced.
I had some work done by them and also bought some carpets in the past, great and friendly service as always.

I was very I pressed with the staff.
My ten metre runner arrived today...sooner then I expected..all the way from WA To Melbourne.
I love it and can’t help but smile!

Ordered 2 runners. I needed them to be held back for couple of weeks due to house painting. Nothing was a problem with this store! Received mats when I requested. Very happy with both of them. Good quality. Good value. Great service. Thankyou!!

The rug I was sent was damaged. One end of the rug was frayed along the entire edge. The other end of the rug had large globs of glue that had oozed out of the sewn edge. The glue was impregnated into the rug on the edge. The damage and glue was very obvious. Scattermtas wanted me to jump through hoops to proove that they had sent me damaged goods. Have not heard from them since. They do not seem to care and want to resolve my problem.

Hi, We would have asked for you to email us a picture of the so called problem, if however you refused to email us a picture so we can check it first before it is shipped back, otherwise if you shipped it back and was not deemed damaged you would be out of pocket, which would be bad.
So please email us a picture and we can asses it and proceed from there.
