SOFMA dojo is modern, clean, inclusive & safe for all ages. Includes classes for all physical & learning abilities. Renshi Glen’s happy positive attitude promotes confidence & motivation. Kids have fun while they learn social values, along with fitness, focus, balance, & self-defence skills. Plus there are regular movie nights & birthday parties.
Great classes for Ladies Self Defence, adult martial arts & fitness classes.
Our son has been attending the Dojo since he was 6 years old progressing from Little Dragons all the way to being a First Dan Black Belt. Renshi Glen and the Dojo's focus not only on the martial arts skills but on being a better person and responsibilities towards others has contributed greatly to our son's development from a child into a young man. The Dojo and constant lessons learnt are a very important part of his life and we are proud of his achievements and the person he has become. Renshi Glen has been instrumental as a role model for our son and many others.

We have been coming to the dojo for ten years and have three kids that have learned and grown under Glen’s guidance.
