I bought a special deal through Groupon to do Keratin treatment. The service was cold, rushed and impersonal by the 2 males. No offer of magazines until midway through the service. I had such high hopes as they are meant to be award winning salon. They did treat their regulars or friends warmly though so maybe they are just not interested with people who bought the deals. Anyway, I won't be going back there again.
Such a good hairdressers! The big thing for me was how friendly the staff were but the quality of the hair cut was really good too. I had a cut, colour and blow dry and I was really happy with the results, I told them I had an event that night so they styled it really nicely for me too.

It's good to know you had a good experience with them. The ones who buy vouchers aren't so happy.

What a shame they don't treat you the same as the other clients. They could have gotten a more regular client if they did a good job.
