I have used this salon for many years. Each & every time I have been treated with friendly & professional service. Nothing is too much trouble & they have always given me what I requested. You are made to feel like part of their family. The owner Anastastia is an extremely capable & professional hairdresser & all the girls there do a very good job. Even though the price is on the high side I believe you get what you pay for & it is the standard rate at most salons. Overall an extremely efficient & friendly salon.

I have never felt comfortable getting my hair cut, always self conscious and can't connect with the person. I first went to scruples on these reviews and I am so happy I did! Michelle takes care of me and has taken me from very dark brown to blonde. She is amazing, I have loved every shade that she has created and after four sessions I have gorgeous blonde hair. All the women there are welcoming and easy to chat with, or recognize that you just want quiet time. The price is so reasonable, between$170 to $220 for full foils, toner & cut. And they never push products. I now love taking time for myself & going to scruples.

Anastacia was very friendly and very professional with my hair cut. I got the style that I was looking for and I really happy with the out come. My friend said my hair doesn't look like a "rough job" that I got from the salon in the shopping mall.

The service included hair wash, cut&style, then blow dry. I was there for 30-40 minutes. I had my appointment at 9.30am which the shop was very quiet at the time.

Anastasia cut my hair and did a wonderful job, I took in some photos of what I wanted to achieve and she listened and understood. Another lady did a great wash and condition and the wash basin chairs are so comfortable! Great idea having a TV to look at whilst you have your hair washed.
I was pleasantly surprised when I came to pay how reasonable it cost as where I used to go was $26 more. I'll definitely consider returning and would recommend them.

Every time I walk in the door, I am presented with happy smiles and a lovely refreshment. The ladies are exciting & well experienced, and always have something sweet to say. I have the coolest pink hair-I would not go anywhere else! I come out looking and feeling fabulous. Thanks girlies! :)

Everytime I have had my haircut,I can honestly say that I have loved the end result everytime. I'm consulted throughout my haircut and my comments are listened to. The pricing is reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff are friendly and over time have gotten to know me quite well.I don't feel rushed in and rushed out. It is a one on one personal experience. I also don't feel pressured to buy extra products or have extras done on my hair when I don't want them. The staff don't push you into things you aren't asking for. I really like that. It is my hair after all.

The service is professional, friendly and courteous, and the hairdressing is second to none. Anastasia, Shell and Susan work hard to give you the look you want, with a bit more!
