My boyfriend and I go here for date nights a lot because the food is always amazing and the price is very reasonable. Our favourites and go to dishes are always the pan fried pork dumplings and shallot pancake. The other day we splashed out and got some green vegetables with garlic too and weren't disappointed. The service is a bit average (once my vegan friend asked for vegetable dumplings, was given pork and then they refused to replace them for free) but I will always return to Sea Bay for the great food.

Sea Bay make really good pan fried dumplings and noodle dishes. Their pan fried dumplings are very delicious. I also really like this chicken spicy salad there too, it is deliciously salty and spicy. The place gets packed out at lunch time too. The food is not expensive either.

Besides various varieties of dumping, I also love the fried rice there. The price are really cheap as well, you can have as many as dumplings you can.

Service wasn't a strong point and I was rather annoyed with the way that some of the staff acted towards me. The food however is a completely different story. I loved the items on the menu and the food tasted terrific.

Although the service isn't spectacular and the decor is left to be desired this restaurant is a must! The food is fresh, delicious and cheap. Definitely try the steamed or fried dumplings - the best dumplings I've ever tasted! The eggplant dish with special sauce is also amazing. Don't go there if you want a fancy night out but if you want great food for great value (less than $20 to feed 2!) then try it out.
