Terrible for women's health/pregancy/post partum and breastfeeding. There is one nurse who actually knows what she's talking about regarding breastfeeding. The doctor who saw me throughout my pregnancy never took my blood pressure, didn't check my scar at my 6 week check up and prescribed breastfeeding drugs and advised formula without even looking into my supply history or breastfeeding history. Terrible. They also never call back when they say they will. AVOID!!!

Not a good experience. People are treated liked cattle at this practice. Rows of receptionists pumping people through.

Unfortunately, I have attended Seacrest Medical Long enough to see how the Reception Staff, treat paying patients, with a nonhelpful attitude, condescending tones, whilst in other cases, such as the one witnessed today, take it upon themselves to provide advice that contradicts Commonwealth Law.

To expand on my experience today, I witnessed a young man politely request his medical records (Specifically the report of a previously diagnosed Medical Scan) and was refused by two staff behind the desk, demanding a full $80 appointment fee to provide him what he had previously paid both the Medical Imaging Company and Seacrest Medical to interpret and diagnose.

To be clear, the advice given opposes Commonwealth and State Law which states:
'A provider may charge a fee for giving access to medical records, but this charge can't be excessive of a Practice Clerk or Assistant reproducing and sending the health information to the individual.'

This has been the second of such incidence I have witnessed in the past two months, and this review is echoed by other reviews made here and other internet medical review forums.

To further highlight the incompetencies of these staff, I repeatedly get sent invoices for services not rendered or have been incorrectly billed, that I have to personally follow up and rectify with the unhelpful staff.

Take away the shortage of available Dr. Appointments in Perth, and I strongly suggest the reception staff alone would cost the Practice a notable sum of Patients.

Today was my last day attending Seacrest Medical Centre, and I encourage all others with the same experience to do so as well.

A very busy practice, but no shortage of Doctors several reception staff, friendly, and trained nurses there to attend to services that help free up Dr time. Sometimes it may be difficult to see my Dr at short notice, but that is a sign of a good trusted popular Dr. Others are available if you're happy to see another. They are efficient, and endeavour to keep wait times to minimum. I am very happy with this practice.

I have always struggled to get appointments at this practice. The reception staff are short and I have always been kept on hold. The doctors are polite, but there is always a long wait and an extremely short consult time. On several occasions I have been prescribed the incorrect medication for my condition and had to go to another doctor to sort out the problem.

I have been going there for about 15 years now even when i moved further away I still caught transport to get there as I liked the surgery and the drs and everyone there is friendly and I didnt want to move and get one I didn't like
They also have a pharmacy next door and both of the different pathologys at the same place{One is next door} which is handy
Sometimes you do have to wait but that happens where ever you go and I would rather wait for a good dr than a bad one they have quiet a few to choose from so if you dont't like one just book in to see a different one next time

Always very busy and may have to wait sometime to see a doctor (up to 8 doctors working during the day). Nursing staff always very helpful. Surgery always neat and well presented.

This surgery operates 7 days a week and I have found recently that it is relatively easy to get an appointment and you can usually get one the next day or that afternoon. There are several doctors available at any given time.
