These guys know their stuff! Have fixed myself and my family on a number of occasions. They are really friendly and you feel like its only been a couple of minutes when the session is over! Every time I walk out and feel completely amazing. And the best thing is that they arent in any way pushy to keep you coming back, a number of times they have told me to leave it for weeks/months and only call and come back when I need to and said to do stretches and excercises to keep me feeling good in the meantime!
this tiny lady really know her stuff, without just getting you to keep returning the exercises and stretches that you are shown to do at home are hugely beneficial
