I have used this job site for a very long time, I have been in and out of work due to family issues for years.

I have always preferred seek to any other job site.

I have applied for heaps of jobs on seek and never got a job from a role advertised on seek.

I am not sure what it is? There are many advertised jobs on seek but who is getting the jobs???

I really wish seek had a prompt where once a certain amount of people have applied for the roles then it won't let you go any further. You spent so much time on your application only to find nothing happens after.

Another thing I wish they had was a prompt advising you that the job has been filled. While I understand the employer needs to advise seek but this should be prompted by seek to employers so that new people do not keep applying for the job.

So much more time can be saved without having to go through the whole applying process.

I have found that seek customer service is inconsistent, hot and cold operators.

Great help in finding jobs and securing roles - love the saved resume profile option, having had a few employers look through my resume and send me messages - was so surprised!

BRING BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE! SEEK. I am shocked at the lack of customer service with SEEK lately. Our Ad isn't working as I have 40 candidates not suitable and they have the audacity to advise me today that as per the terms and conditions that they do not guarantee the quality of candidates.
I advised that as a consumer I wanted to spend more with them for an upgrade but want this ad which is only 14 days old trashed so we can have a premium ad placed.
I was refused, so I am waiting for a manager to "call me back" when I asked when that might be, it was stated that there are no priorities.
I asked if they have a shop front so I may walk in as a customer and ask for my money back or some assistance to upgrade to a new ad, he stated there is none. So SEEK are just another capitalistic corporate not willing to assist the consumer... very disappointed.

I occasionally go online, to search for jobs on the SEEK website. It's so easy to navigate through, and there are always jobs listed on the website to apply for, plus easy buttons for you to upload your resume and cover letters.

Have got two part time jobs through Seek over the past 12 months. I find it's the only job site I've been on, that I can actually apply for jobs, as they fit my requirements. They have a wide selection in the area you want to work. Applying is simple and quick, and an email is sent to your inbox to confirm the application. The only downfall is, if you don't get the job, you don't hear from anyone.

I find Seek the easiest Job seeking website to use. Its user friendly and questions are easily answered on the web.

There are lots of jobs daily, and you can easily set your own options to for a daily email with jobs your looking for.

I find seek at times confusing as 1 job can get advertised 2 or 3 times after the date it was originally advertised which can make you excited thinking its a new job.

I often do think if the jobs are real on seek as many companies don't reply or get back to you in relation to your job application. That can get very annoying, especially when you have applied for heaps.

The customer service/contact us is not always great service as sometimes emails get overlooked and get no reply.
