LOVE spit roast. The service is great, the food is very good here too! The place is clean and always full. During lunch, it is packed and even in the evening it is full of customers. Great for value and quality too!

Nice place, but very pricey for some sandwiches and little desserts. maybe nice for others but I prefer a burger and a bottle of juice. The service there was alright but the staff seemed pompous to me. Not the place for me, but up to every individual at the end of the day.

Really enjoyed dinner here however I felt that the service was not the best as the staff kept on forgetting our water for the table (which is the first thing that should be offered, and brought...). Then sometimes they didn't understand what we wanted, having to go to the colleague to ask fro them to translate... not the best way to start the evening.

I had my wedding at Ottimo House and would recommend this venue to anyone who's looking for a venue for their special night. The wedding planner/organiser there is fantastic and you are treated like royalty from the moment you step inside till the moment you leave the night a married couple! Service fantastic, food fantastic, deals are fantastic! Staff quick, proficient, friendly and professional - not to mention quite a few of them which I really liked!

Excellent service - the reception, nurses and doctors are really friendly and care about the pets that enter. Would highly recommend to take your pet there!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a mini getaway and loved every minute of it. It was so peaceful and the service was good too, especially the reception area. Needless to say, the memory of that Hotel will always be with us, as he proposed to me on the balcony over looking the ocean!

Have been here already twice this year, great service, great food and great company! They made sure everyone is taken care of with their meals and drinks. They were alert and happy, rather than drained and miserable to be working.

I was really disappointed with this place - I was in such pain throughout the laser session and she didn't do anything about it. Just kept on saying it was meant to hurt. I was in so much pain I screamed and I had to make it very clear for her to stop because I was in pain. She just sighed and said okay. Then left, without at least giving me laser cream afterwards. Last time I will go there.

Only once did I come there and not wait longer than 30 minutes. Yes, it is close to where I live which is great, but sometimes I would prefer better service e.g. more receptionists and who are good at prioritising between sick and urgent customers and someone on the phone line. Some of the doctors are good for a check up but some are not very helpful and just want you out and for the other patient to come in. On the other hand, some doctors spend a lot of time just chatting away with the clients, not about their issues but about family and friends and life in general. I saw that a few times. I don't find that professional and proficient. nevertheless, I will still come here for the simple things but really hope this place improves with customer service.

Love the service and the food. Always went there for brunch, I wish they had this place in the North Shore!
