Went for dinner, and had to order an awful lot to fill our stomachs. The starters were tiny (~$15) and the mains weren't much bigger (~$25). To accompany the main you needed to order a side salad or some chips (~$7) to make it filling. None of the food was extraordinary, though there were some nice wines on offer. We then still had room for dessert. Seemed like an awful lot of ordering involved for a simple meal, and the bill certainly stacked up in the end!

Approximate cost: $25

I've eaten here twice for lunch. The Pizza is really nice with lots of yummy toppings (try Gorgonzola) but at almost $10 per slice (with no salad) its a bit expensive. You choose want you want from a cabinet at the front before you sit down. Service is a bit patchy and its very small and cramped. More suited to a quick coffee then a full sit down meal.

Approximate cost: $9.50

Always on the lookout for good places to eat around where I work (Queen and Lt Bourke), this cafe was a welcome addition to the restaurants in the area. It's a small cafe serving fantastic lunchtime Italian fare. I particularly like their generous slices of pizza, especially the silverbeet, prosciutto and cheese. Yum! They also have a large array of typical Italian sweets (a bit pricey in my opinion), soups and salads. Of course, they also have fantastic coffee! When working in the city, I routinely go here for lunch or periodically for a coffee after work with workmates.

Approximate cost: $8
