It is very difficult to find sewing classes for children and Sew's classes are just what we needed. First our younger daughter was interested but then the elder one also got inspired. This is the skill they will learn for life. They Love it! I might think of joining them too! :)

Thank you Marie, I am so glad the girls are enjoying their sewing classes. It would be fabulous if you decided to join a sewing class as well! Sue

Sue is one of the most helpful, knowledgable teachers I have ever come across. I am enjoying sewing some much more than ever before. It is a pleasure to go to classes. Mo Hay

My daughter and I took a five day - 2hr each day course with Sue Murphy over the holidays. We were both new to dressmaking and hadn't sewn at all although i do own my own machine. Our 2 hours each day were fantastic. We were lucky to have Sue to ourselves and she helped us through the beginning stages of understanding how to use a machine and read a pattern. By the end of the week we had both sewn a skirt and a top and were extremely happy with the results. Sue was patient and informative throughout. My daughter has taken to dressmaking like a 'duck to water' and most weekends completes a new project. We were thrilled with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone interested in learning or extending their dressmaking skills.

Approximate cost: $500

I have been doing sewing classes with Sue at Sew Good in Brighton Melbourne for about 6 months and I just love it. Sue is just a wonderful sewing teacher. She is very professional and experienced. Classes are reasonably priced and Sue caters to the individual. Sue was very patient and helpful with me even when I kept making the same mistakes at first. I knew nothing about sewing or fabric when I started and now I understand all about fabric grain and cutting. I now have a great understanding of how to follow a commercial pattern and am now able to make my own clothes. And get a great professional finish Thanks so much Sue at Sew Good!

Approximate cost: $40.00 per class
