We used Shawn to install new vanities and mixers in 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with him (except for the hot and cold being reversed in one bathroom - so currently blue means hot and red means cold).

We booked Shawn to come back on 15 August 2016 to fix the reversed mixer, but more importantly, do undertake a number of tasks in our kitchen and laundry.

Shawn was aware we were installing new cabinets and countertops in the laundry and replacing the countertop in the kitchen. The countertop guys were coming on 16 August. Therefore on the 15th we needed Shawn to change the plumbing for the laundry (currently taps on the wall, but to be prepared for a mixer coming out of the countertop). We also needed him to remove the gas cooktop and the kitchen sink.

Despite booking in advance and confirming, he pulled a "no show". We tried all day to call him but he did not answer. It is now Tuesday evening and we still have not heard from him.

This completely stuffed us up as we had to cancel the countertop guys at the last second and their next availability is in 10 days time (although that should afford plenty of time for us to find another plumber).

A real shame that Shawn proved to be unreliable. I am keen to support quality local independent tradies but not ones who are unreliable and let you down in such a massive way.

Shawne is a very honest plumber. He give us a reasonable price to fix the toilet flush. I called him second time to get a quote for additional drain for the backyard. He came to my home and gave his honest opinion and didn't charge me for a call out. Very good service. Highly recommend for quality work and honest advice.
