Awful maintenance cut, very rude staff, was threatened with police action if I left bad review on internet.

Not fake at all. Happy for Word of mouth team to email me to discuss further. Suzyf896....very unfair to make a statement like that acting as if you know it to be factual. Im not a cyber bully, I am a dissatisfied customer who left a real review.

Our puppy's first groom, Suzie was awesome with our little girl! Extremely happy with the service and advice. Very professional and will be back soon.

most people just dont go back if they are unhappy somewhere they dont go to social media to bag out people that did nothing wrong! It wasnt to your liking and you refused to chat diplomatically about it just ran to social media .... running small business in this country is bloody tough & this industry particularly tough! People will bag groomers for any little thing & its one of the physically & mentally most challenging jobs to do! Ive sold the business since you visited because of peoples unrealistic expectations & understanding of what is done to achieve a nice groom on a dog! Im done with the industry all together - but have contributed to organisations to stop groomers being bullied! Some have even taken their own lives over this rubbish - its not on!

My pomeranian came out looking of show quality. I've never seen her looking so good. Suzie & her team did such an amazing job. Just beautiful. Thanks Suzie. I'll be back to see you again.

After hunting for what seemed an eternity for a good groomer we at last found "Shear Designz" Suzie and her team are excellent and always do a great job on our Cavalier King Charles.
We have been customers for over a year and would recommend them highly.. Phil & Wendy Cose.
