With a quick follow-up visit today Wayne removed the toilet and replaced the connector to allow better flow, before replacing the toilet in perfect condition. Finally, we have two toilets instead of one plus a semi-reliable one! Despite having to cut away tiling and concrete Wayne left the house without a speck of dust or any damage to our porcelain tiles.
