Sheldon

We had our ceremony and reception at Sheldon. Ceremony in the gardens and reception in the bliss room. The whole day was fantastic and prefect, the food was absolutely delicious which everyone complemented on. We had to change dates due to covid from May 2020 to 22nd May 2021 which Maria was very helpful and flexible, she went above and beyond to help us choose a new date during a stressful time of rearranging everything. We are so happy we choose Sheldon for our wedding. We can not thank Maria, Lily, Makala and the team at Sheldon enough we had an absolutely amazing day. Highly recommend a function at Sheldon.

I'm extremely happy i chose Sheldon Reception to have our wedding reception. Our guests were looked after in the resort style garden area during the cocktail hour and hot appetisers were supplied as an added extra by the owner/manager.
Our guests were then ushered inside the reception which boasts a beautiful foyer (with stairwells that make the perfect background for wedding photos) that leads into the reception room featuring a water-wall behind the head table, a colour scheme as per my preference, top-class service, food soo good that will make me smile for years to come and filled the belly of my extra large NZL relo's hehe.
Everything was taken care of from working with the MC to ensure the bridal party entrance was perfect; drinks were fill & the professional attitudes of staff was made clear from my guests - the staff did their job well and everyone had a great time! I could never put a price on the atmosphere created i knew all i had to do was have a good time with my new husband and our guests! Thank you Lydia and staff for the most memorable experience :)

Everything was perfect!! the food, the atmosphere, the staff. it was definitely worth every dollar and every single guest there was more than impressed. The Reception centre was able to cater for our large demand of guests in a comfortable manner. the recent renovations are gorgeous and will definitely take your guests breath away.
