Very dissapointing! No advice given on hair colour, kept around waiting with colour in my hair, then had to wash again when I got home as could smell the colour when u left and had to throw away a very expensive shirt and treat a rash on my neck. When I rang to complain all that was offered was an apology, fact of the matter is prices are not competitive so you would expect a good service, unfortunately this wasn't the case and shan't be going back ever again. I hope this review will help those considering colour here...

SHERRY'S is the best salon ive ever come across in a long time. I love the vibe, staff, and the stylists. My colour, and my cut is spot on every time. My only regret that i didn't find it earlier. Thank you for my new found hair confidence. Love you all so much... :)

I was so disappointed to say the least and furious to say more, I went to this hair salon to get my hair coloured a lighter shade ( 2 or 3 at most!) of my natural dark cool blonde hair colour shenever gave me advice on the colour or the chance something like this will go wrong she made me trust her and believe she was a 6 year professional hairdresser I feel sick by allowing myself to let someone destroy my once beautiful hair and have to live this nightmare having paid unnecessary costs so proper professional hair salon to do the job she did a horrific bleach looking yellow hair colour I can not believe I was treated like This. I went back to comfort her! And she still would not take responsibility for the colour she put in my hair for OVER 3 hours she did not refund any of the $140 I payed her for nothing I want all out there to ask questions to there hair dresser and colorist before there could be a BIG problem and check the shade over and over and never allow someone to destroy your hair by allowing someone to do this. Please don't make the mistake I did by just trusting the hair dresser ask every question possible because once it permanent it is! And the costs are not only physical but emotionally torturing!

Sherry's is awesome! I love her personality and she cuts my hair expertly. I dont even have to tell her what I want she knows what will look best, I do not know another hairdresser who has that gift. I recommend Sherry's hair and beauty to anyone who I talked to about hair!

NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Always has their own best interest rather than the customers's. Started talking in a loud voice when I cancelled my appointment, giving them more than 24 hour notice... DOn't recommend it to anyone.!!!!

Sherry and Sema are the two most professional, attentive, happy and all round gorgeous hair and beauty therapists my daughter and I have ever been to. Couldn't recommend them more highly AAA+++. I think the chic who wrote the review below can't have been in the same salon I've been going to for the last 2+ years. Love you both xxx

CURLY HAIR VISIT SHERRY'S!!!! I wandered into Sherry's last week as I was shopping up Bourke Street and was not disappointed! I have unruly, dry, damaged, curly hair and was looking at getting the new keratin treatment done. Mariham quoted me an excellent price, fit me in and was both the loveliest and best hairdresser I have ever been to. She is a genius with curly hair and even fixed my dreadful haircut free of charge (which I had paid huge money for the week before). This treatment and cut have transformed my hair and I have never received so many comments on how good it looks. I can now towel dry and blow dry my hair with no products at all and it sits beatifully (mainly thanks to the outstanding cut). I live in Perth and was only visiting Melbourne, but am seriously considering visiting Melbourne every six months just to get Mariham to look after my hair.
