Extremely Disrespectful. Didn’t understand customer’s situation and was really rude and deaf - kept repeating that the customer didn’t respect them while we already expressed our reasonable circumstances.
Still highly recommend Shivoo after a number of years. Consistently great! Lovely staff. Great work - extremely happy with my hair.
Had a voucher, I was treated no different if I was paying full price, got lots of compliments fantastic colour, great girl and coffee. Made me fell beautiful. Very Happy : )

I used an online voucher, so got great value for money! The staff were lovely. Sharon gives the BEST scalp massage!
The staff were bubbly and chatty and regularly asked if I wanted a drink.
PLUS they had the latest magazines (that weeks)!!
Overall a great experience.
I wasn't sure what I wanted but Sharon was really helpful.

I bought an online voucher for a cut, 1/2 head of foils or tint, treatment, blow dry & glass of champagne, and was really excited to attend my appointment after reading the reviews on here. However my experience was far from good. From the minute I arrived I found the 2 hairdressers to be rude, patronising and dismissive. My voucher clearly said what I had purchased yet they insisted that I could only have a 1/4 head of foils or regrowth tint, which was wrong, and just got awkward as we argued about it, and I ended up getting bullied into accepting there way. The hairdresser then berated my ideas for what I wanted, and insisted I was wrong. There was no sign of a champagne, and if I hadn't already paid for the voucher, I would have walked out. I was so close to tears by the terrible treatment I received, so I would not recommend them to anyone! The cut and colour were ok, but not worth the effort or drama.

I Walked out with a great haircut and colour. It is easy to maintain on my own. Recevied amazing feed back from all even strangers.
I Have no hesitation in recommending Shivoo to others.

I booked in for a full head of foils a cut and blowave as i have been blonde for many years i know how difficult it is to perfect my colour i was extremly happy with the result and the price. I recommend sandra for the colour and eva for a cut! I will definatly go back
I hadn't been to the hairdressers for almost a year and went here to try somewhere new. Hairdresser was really friendly and she did a great job tidying up my hair. Very pleased with the result, I think the price is the going rate for a cut and blow wave.
Booked for a cut and blow wave was quoted $60 over the phone but charged $75 at the register. Stylist did a very nice cut and gave great advice about how to wash and style my hair. I feel the price was too high though and my personal preference would be to be left quietly to read rather than chatting constantly during the process.

Great colour and cut. Efficient and value for money. Listened to what I wanted. I also had a lash and brow tint at the same time as I changed from blond to dark brown and that was fantastic.
Finding a good hairdresser is like finding a good dentist. I moved to Seaford at the beginning of the year but still travel back to Ashy to have regular haircut and colour. Francesco is great cutting curly hair and of course great for a chat.
