Such a friendly and kind staff! They are so quick and get the job done quickly or if you are in a rush it is done on time and done well!! I am so pleased with the results that I have seen. I go there everytime I need to get my shoes repaired or have engraving done. I love the service and the men have such a bubbly, funny personality. I will definitely keep on going there all the time. I took a pair of sandals to this kiosk to have a new sole put on. The price was $45 which was too expensive considering the sandals only cost $40. It was really only the heels that needed doing anyway and that would cost $25.00. The money has to be paid up front, which I don't really like doing.
When I returned an hour later he handed me my sandals. He'd put a sole on the front half of the sandal. I pointed out his mistake and he got angry and said that I had asked him to do the front. I calmly repeated to him that I didn't want the front done just the heels but he just got crankier. After a couple of minutes my only alternative was to take my shoes and leave. I wasn't going to give him another $25 to fix his mistake.
I will never return to his business.

Fast service and reasonable result. The shoe was nicely repaired but it did not last very long since they only fixed the shoe by gluing instead of sewing. They are out of date with their equipment. The cost was reasonable. Nice and Friendly staffs.
