I've used this company a couple of times now and each time the service has been prompt, friendly and efficient.
I've communicated by email and telephone and both ways have been equally as friendly.

I took a pair of sandals to this kiosk to have a new sole put on. The price was $45 which was too expensive considering the sandals only cost $40. It was really only the heels that needed doing anyway and that would cost $25.00. The money has to be paid up front, which I don't really like doing.
When I returned an hour later he handed me my sandals. He'd put a sole on the front half of the sandal. I pointed out his mistake and he got angry and said that I had asked him to do the front. I calmly repeated to him that I didn't want the front done just the heels but he just got crankier. After a couple of minutes my only alternative was to take my shoes and leave. I wasn't going to give him another $25 to fix his mistake.
I will never return to his business.

We'd been looking for a reasonably priced dining suite for some time when we discovered this furniture store. We dealt with Nelson and nothing was too much trouble for him. He moved different chairs around the store so we could try them with the table we liked. Nelson explained the ordering process to us in great detail so that nothing could be misunderstood.
True to his word we had our dining suite 4 weeks later.
There is a flaw with the timber in one of the chairs but this isn't a problem. Nelson has photographed it and will send the information to his suppliers and then I'm sure the chair will either be replaced or the leg in question repaired.
A bonus with this store is that they can adjust requirements to suit your needs.

The girl who served me was friendly and very helpful. Not too pushy. Their products are of a very high quality. A bit more expensive that larger chain stores but they seem of a better quality.
