This restaurant has jumped up the list to one of my favourites in Melbourne due to its ethical nature. the restaurant decor resembles that of a science experiment with interesting chains, globes and various art sculptures. They even have you drinking from beakers. The food is 99% organic and 70% vegan and served as a 12 course degustation. Menu is based on whatever is in season from local growers. The food was divine. Absolutely Every dish. A very enjoyable experience.

Approximate cost: $45 vegan degradation and 60 meat degustation
