buyer beware they are crooks and give other services like these a bad name.. I believe in Karma and hope it comes to Nick sooner rather than later.

cheap and nasty and charge like wounded bulls no value or service it took me almost 8 months to get verticals up and they dont go to end of window frame. I guess its a small price to pay considering there are others who havent received theirs as yet

If I could I would haven given 10 stars!! The shutters look stunning, a job well done. They were installed quickly and staff was very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Bonus that they are also made in Australia and not overseas. Other companies could not supply shutters at my sliding doors or I would lose a lot of space. These guys provided and installed them at my sliding doors without losing a lot is space. It certainly made my house look very impressive!! Can highly recommend.

I would recommend you stay away from this company. I put $500 deposit on a shutter door last October and I still don't have the shutter door. Nick simply doesn't bother answering his phone. So I've not had a proper explanation as to why the very long delay.

Nick came to my home in February and did a quote for 6 windows & 1 sliding door. Nick was friendly and down to earth seemed like a genuine person. After getting 2 more quotes we decided to go with Shutters Quickly. I deposited 50% of the cost into His account. It’s now the end of July and I am still waiting for my shutters to be installed. 5 months !
Every time I call Nick the phone is diverted to voicemail. So I call the 1300 206097
This goes unanswered. Our patience is now waring very thin ! Yes we are angry
We then get a call back from Lance the personal assistant! To tell us “ we are still waiting on the shipping Container to arrive from China! I ask what shipping company in China ? To be told “ we can’t give you that information “ .. No updates no apologies no emails that I’m still waiting on as promised by Nick ! Now we are in the process of engaging in a Debt collector to get involved as we can’t trust this company.
STAY AWAY from this Incompetent Company as you too will be waiting forever for your delivery & installation!
