My wife &I go there fequently & the people are very ppolite to us .

Do you like hot chips? Then this café is the place to go to! They are cooked to perfection, better than anywhere else I’ve been. They are cooked in fresh oil and are just the right crispness and colour. Very nice staff and reasonable prices. I have a nice serve of fish and chips and salad there often. With a mug of coffee it’s $19.50 and the chips make it extra good value!

Centrally located, this is a good cafe for lunch. I had a baguette and a juice and enjoyed both before getting back to some serious shopping at Castle Plaza. Good value and a popular place.

While at Castle Plaza we enjoyed a milkshake each at this busy cafe. The milkshakes were cold and seemed to have quite a lot of icecream in them. Plenty of seating available too. Always seem to head for this spot while shopping here.

Enjoyed a coffee at this cafe in the cross over area in the centre of Castle Plaza. Other times I have enjoyed a light lunch here. There is a good selection of food on the menu. It is always busy so that says that they provide good options.

After walking around a bit, we needed a coffee so came to the sidewalk cafe. It is always busy but can usually find a seat. Friendly service and good coffee

Just had a quick coffee here. The staff is friendly (as expected) and the tables are usually cleared promptly. Always very busy but can usually find a free table. The coffee is hot and to my taste (e.g. can taste the coffee).

I have taken my elderly parents there several times, as there is usually room for their walkers. The food is good, especially the lasagne and the fish and chips, although fairly pricey. Nice people and good service.

Christmas shopping at Castle Plaza yesterday and another cup of coffee was purchased here. Busy place, friendly efficient service and tables well maintained. Situated in the middle of the mall so can be noisy but always busy

The coffee here was a bit bland, can't really taste the coffee flavour. They do have a huge range of sandwich making items and there always seems to be a crowd of people frequenting this place.
Their service is good but coffee is only mediocre. Still prefer this one over Bb's.
