I went to siesta once after Christmas lunch, they were the only open place in Mordialloc and I was not disappointed. I had a big delicious iced coffee and a filo with spinach and ricotta. It was warm and crispy.

Since then, I always go to Siesta for coffee and breakfast, as they are fast, a good price, and delicious.

They're a bit on the expensive side, but these guys have some nice variations on your standard breakfast meals.

Went here with my sister because we thought the name was amusingly ironic, they did their coffees well, not burnt or cold.

The vegie stack was delicious, and a good option for your vegetarian friends, otherwise the big breakfast is cooked wonderfully when we went, and if you prefer your eggs a certain way they accommodate to that without charging you extra.

We unexpectedly found this cafe and enjoyed our lunch and very much appreciated the prompt and friendly service. We later found out that the current owners had only taken over five days previously - this surprised us as the quality of the food and professionalism was very good. There was an excellent variety of hot and cold food (boreks, sandwhiches, foccacia's,pies,pasties and pasta dishes) including some wonderful desserts and cakes. We were told that much of it was home made in this family run cafe. The latte's were well made - something we appreciate in a good cafe. We were told that they are organising breakfasts on weekend's which sounded delicious. If you're in the Mordialloc area and feeling peckish we thoroughly recommend this cafe for the quality of its food,coffee,prompt and friendly service as well as value for money. We'll be back.
