The process of delivering a Mini HiFi has been a sad event from beginning to end on a number of levels. After receiving confirmation that the item had been picked up from the seller, we thought everything was fine. I checked the status of the delivery via Fastways online parcel tracking and it had not changed since being picked up the previous day. I sent an email to Fastway asking them for an update for the progress of my delivery, they did respond to my email for four days. I rang them on the third day and explained what had happened, they said that they had no record of it and that they had to search the depot. Finally, in their response to my email they said that ‘the pick-up manifest had been scanned but we have no record of receiving the physical parcel, contact your supplier’ even after they had picked it up?? After the seller had investigated that it had been ‘lost’ he sent us another Mini HiFi system via the Australia Post parcel delivery service.

Appalling service from Fastway!!!

We unexpectedly found this cafe and enjoyed our lunch and very much appreciated the prompt and friendly service. We later found out that the current owners had only taken over five days previously - this surprised us as the quality of the food and professionalism was very good. There was an excellent variety of hot and cold food (boreks, sandwhiches, foccacia's,pies, pasties and pasta dishes) including some wonderful desserts and cakes. We were told that much of it was home made in this family run cafe. The latte's were well made - something we appreciate in a good cafe. We were told that they are organising breakfasts on weekend's which sounded delicious. If you're in the Mordialloc area and feeling peckish we thoroughly recommend this cafe for the quality of its food, coffee, prompt and friendly service as well as value for money. We'll be back.

I had some car accessories which I needed fitting. I rang Autobarn (Doncaster) and spoke to Jason who was very helpful and professional in suggesting components for installing the accessories. He then suggested we have a discussion with Thanh (fitter) about the best method of installation. I had the installation done the next day. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the care taken by Thanh, as well as the information and suggestions made by Jason. Thanks and well done.

We didn't know this little gem was here until we recently visited it on a tour organised by the Friends of the Royal Botanical Gardens and we really enjoyed the fantastic Alowyn Gardens. The variety of garden styles is amazing from formal fountain areas and trimmed box hedges to the beautifully randomly planted Silver Birch forest and the wonderful poppy field. The amazingly beautiful Wisteria covered walkway was well worth the visit alone. There are delightfully whimsical touches throughout the gardens. We enjoyed speaking to the owners Prue and John whose knowledge of gardening is exceptional and their passion and joy in what they do is great to see. All the staff are approachable, friendly and helpful. The Cafe is simple with good quality food which can be enjoyed in a lovely garden setting. The catering for our event/function was delicious, timely and abundant. We couldn't resist the retail nursery section of the gardens once we saw the great variety of the well priced, high quality plants. These gardens are a highlight of the Yarra Valley and well worth a visit.

This review is for Autlec Automotive, Clayton VIC

Wanting to install a front parking sensor kit in my car, I researched different brands, installers and suppliers and liked the Bosch Australia product. They recommended Autlec Automotive to have their kit installed. Tony at Autlec was very helpful, informative and professional with nothing too much trouble and offering very good advice on the fitting of the kit. The front parking sensor kit was installed in a most professional manner by Paul and Tony and is working very well. I am very pleased with both the Bosch product and Autlec's installation.

We were looking for a place for lunch and found the Post Office Café. You wouldn't have known from its quiet and simple exterior that there was a busy café inside complete with a waterfall. The décor and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. The service was friendly and efficient in particular Fab. The food was fresh, simple and tasty and if you have any room left we can recommend the cakes in particular the Cookies and Cream and the Cheesecake with Raspberry topping – apparently they are made locally. This was our first visit to the Post Office Café and I am sure it won't be our last.
