I have found the store to provide exceptional service and having a huge variety of products, literally a "One Stop Shop". After spending obscene amounts of money at other pool shops and that seem to not know what they are doing, Sigma Chemicals have always assisted me in resolving any issues in an economic manner. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and have on many occasions gone beyond what was required to assist me. I have referred all my colleagues and family members to this business and will remain as one of their loyal customers.

Wow some people have nothing better to do, I don't know what shops you go to Stefan but all the shops I go to want a receipt for everything and if I have changed my mind about a purchase I don't have the luxury of getting a refund, maybe my family should start shopping at Sigma Chemicals.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years buying all pool supplies at Sigma, i.e. spending $150-250 a month during the summer months.
Recently I wanted to bring back two drumcovers I bought (each $7.95) because they do not fit in my pool shed and they requested a receipt. Unfortunately, I could not find it and just ask them to give me a voucher. They refused and I am stuck now with two drumcovers I cannot use.
I find it quite unbelievable that, after I spent thousands of $$ and have been a loyal customer, they refuse to give me a voucher...
That was it for me - they are loosing revenue of $500-1000 a year because of $15.90 - funny business that is... moreover, I found out that their prices are higher than in the WA pool shop next door (20m down the road!!!)...

We buy all our pool chemicals from Sigma, and it's especially helpful when after buying 6 x 15L bottles of Chlorine, they give you the next one for free!
