Very very Bad customer service and very rude.

Very happy with this nail salon. Friendly, knowledgeable service. The salon is very clean. I have tried many around Perth where the removable is damaging to the nail but these ladies great care in looking after your nails! Highly recommend!

Worst finish on a set of acrylics I have ever had. They didn’t understand what shape I wanted and then cut my nails and said it’s too late to have what I wanted. Nails were uneven and it took longer than it should for a full set. Got no apology and asked to pay full price.

Very friendly and clean little nail salon - same prices as the nail salons in the shopping center but seemed a lot cleaner and more conscientious . The nail techs actually make conversation with you also they speak English in front of you unlike many other nail places (nothing against other languages, but it can feel very isolating and even a tad rude when lenghty conversations are carried out in front of you which you don't understand).
I've visited several times without an appointment and they are even open on Sunday which is unheard of but so convenient. They do lovley acrylics, shellacs, quite a range of fancy stuff and lovley pedicure
This is the only place I would go to in Perth for nails now
